Welcome to the home of the VA-821 AFROTC Unit page at Arlington Career Center. Our mission is to develop citizens of character, dedicated to serving their nation and community. Our objectives are to educate and train high school students in citizenship, promote community service, instill responsibility, character and self discipline, and provide instruction in air and space fundamentals.
