🍎✨ Celebrating Our Future Educators: APS Future Teacher Signing Day! ✨🍎

12 students from the Arlington Career Center’s Teachers for Tomorrow and Early Childhood Education programs officially signed on as APS Future Teachers on Thursday, May 15, 2025. The signing was a powerful show of the students’ commitment to the future of education, and was celebrated by the proud families, educators, and district leaders in attendance.

Hosted in partnership with APS Human Resources and ACC, this special Signing Day event is part of the district’s Grow Your Own initiative—a forward-thinking program designed to support and develop aspiring educators from within our schools.

These incredible students are not only planning to pursue careers in education, but they’ve also pledged to return to Arlington Public Schools as teachers, helping to shape and inspire the next generation right here in their own community.

Congratulations to our Future Teachers, and a special thank you to the program instructors, Ruth Bilodeau and Cole Forbes! We are proud of your dedication and excited to welcome our students back to APS as colleagues and changemakers.
