Arlington Tech Program Students Accepted into Summer Residential Governor’s School

We are happy to announce that two of our Arlington Tech program students, Opal Reed (11th grade) and Kaitlyn Runion (10th grade) were accepted into the VDOE Summer Residential Governor’s School. This is a highly competitive program where students from all over the state must participate in a rigorous, lengthy application process in order to be accepted. Opal will study Agriculture at Virginia Tech, and Kaitlyn will study Visual Arts at Radford. ACC had many qualified applicants, and we are so proud of each of them! Congratulations to Opal and Kaitlyn for their commitment to academic excellence.
