Latinas Leading Tomorrow Awarded $25,000 From NBCU Local Impact Grants

Arlington Career Center is proud to celebrate our chapter of LLT, which has been awarded $25,000 in unrestricted funding from NBCU Local Impact Grants, powered by the Comcast NBCUniversal Foundation! This generous grant will be used to expand LLT throughout our school community, as well as provide accessible, countywide field trips to explore additional opportunities for our young leaders.

A special thank you goes to Rebecca Singhavong, the Chair of the LLT National Board, and the leaders of LLT at ACC, Madeline LaSalle Frazier and Amanda Treviño, who work tirelessly to secure the funding that is needed for LLT to continue empowering the next generation of Latina leaders.
