Capstone Timeline for 11th Grade

The following is a suggested timeline that 11th grade Arlington Tech students will follow to prepare for their Capstone experience. Official dates and times of events will be shared with students and families via email and Canvas inbox messages.

• November: Capstone Launch for students and families
• December: Resume workshop during CC Support
• January: Cover letter workshop during CC Support
• February: Mock interview experience
• March: task due – student must complete 1 informational interview
• May: Finalize Capstone placement with partner mentor
• June: Meet with the Capstone coordinator and Capstone partner mentor
• August of Senior Year: Final Capstone agreement form signed and in place
• August – September: Start Working
