Technology support:  APS has a Family Technology Call Center, 703-228-2570, that you can call to get help with Internet access. Hours are 7 a.m. – 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 7 a.m. – 6 p.m. on Friday. Help is available in English and Spanish. Help with Comcast Internet Service: APS works with Comcast to provide the Comcast Essentials program for all APS students that qualify for free and reduced lunch. Services are $9.95 a month.

Free WiFi: Arlington County has 20+ locations with free outdoors WiFi hotspots where you can access the Internet. Check here to find out where they are.

Need help to pay for Internet service? The federal government has started a temporary program to help households struggling to afford Internet service during the pandemic. It will provide a discount of up to $50 per month towards home or mobile Internet service to eligible households, as well as a one-time discount of up to $100 to buy a laptop, desktop computer, or tablet from participating Internet providers.
