Yoga is a practice that builds physical and mental fitness. It helps clear your mind, improve your mood, and offers balance when life seems challenging. It is especially fun when you do it with friends. No experience necessary. We’ll start with essential poses and move to more challenging postures.
When: Fridays 3:15 – 4:15 pm
Where: Virtual on Teams
How: Ms. Goff will loan you a “yoga kit” (mat, blocks, and strap) that you will use at home while the club meets virtually and then return to school when we meet in person.
During the 2020-21 school year, all Arlington Career Center clubs and organizations will meet online using MS Teams. Please contact the club sponsor to be added to the club meeting on MS Teams.
