Arlington Career Center Preschool Program

The Career Center Preschool is the laboratory training site for the Early Childhood Education Program at the Arlington Career Center. The Early Childhood Education Program is an Occupational Family and Consumer Sciences course for high school students.

The Career Center Preschool enrolls three- and four-year old children four days a week (Monday – Thursday). The session operates from 8:15 am until 2:45 pm, and costs $850.00 for the year. The program has a developmental approach with an emphasis on meeting each child’s individual physical, social, emotional, and intellectual needs.

The Preschool class is taught by the Early Childhood Teacher / Resource Assistant and the secondary students enrolled in the Early Childhood Education classes at the Arlington Career Center.
